This immersion heater features a robust brass screw plug (M45) combined with high-quality SS321 heating elements (Ø 8.5 mm). As a result, it offers good resistance to thermal stress and performs reliably in glycol-based environments. In addition, the brazed elements provide strong mechanical bonding and long-term durability.
optimized heat transfer and safety
With a watt density of 5 W/cm², this heater delivers gentle and controlled heat transfer. This lower watt density is ideal for glycol mixtures, as it helps prevent overheating and extends the lifespan of both the fluid and the heating elements.

The heater is available in 230V and 400V versions, with outputs ranging from 1 to 12 kW. Furthermore, the integrated thermostat pocket (Ø 8 x 0.5 mm) allows accurate temperature monitoring and control. Because applications may vary, a wide range of lengths and capacities is available. Custom-made solutions can also be provided on request.
