The screw plug immersion heater for water with additives is designed for reliable and efficient heating in systems where treated or chemically enhanced water is used. It ensures stable temperatures in tanks, vessels, and industrial installations, supporting consistent performance and safe operation.
This immersion heater is equipped with a durable SS304 screw plug (M45) and high-quality Incoloy 825 heating elements (Ø 8.5 mm). As a result, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical impact. In addition, TIG welding of the elements enhances mechanical strength and durability. The 12.5 W/cm² watt density enables efficient and controlled heat transfer, even in demanding conditions.
The heater is available in 230V and 400V versions, with outputs ranging from 3 to 15 kW. Furthermore, the integrated thermostat pocket (Ø 8 x 0.5 mm) allows accurate temperature monitoring and control. Because applications with additives can vary significantly, a wide range of lengths and capacities is available. Custom-built solutions can also be developed on request.
The compact design ensures easy installation in both new and existing systems. Moreover, the pickling and passivation process improves surface quality and extends the lifespan of the heater. An optional DKBA connection box (small or large) is available, providing a safe and convenient electrical connection.
